Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Shoreline began in 2013 as a family-owned freight brokerage, with just three employees, founded on the scenic shore of Lake Lanier—an origin that inspired the company’s name. Rooted in a strong commitment to customer service, the company took a pivotal step in 2015 by expanding into asset-based logistics with the addition of a single box truck to meet the urgent needs of a valued customer. What started as a small, dedicated operation has grown into a robust fleet of 50 trucks and over 250 trailers, now servicing clients across the continental United States. With agent offices in Atlanta, Mexico City, Colombia, and the Dominican Republic, Shoreline Transfer is proud to support customers on a global scale.
Despite this remarkable growth over the past 12 years, our headquarters in Gainesville, GA remains committed to fostering a positive, family-focused workplace that reflects our founding values.
At Shoreline, our commitment to service extends beyond logistics through a heartfelt community outreach program dedicated to making a difference both locally and globally. We actively support local schools, churches, sports teams, missions abroad and natural disaster relief efforts, striving to bring hope and resources to those in need.
